These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of vbosscharging.com (the "Site"). VBoss Charging is a brand operated by Vend Boss LLC ("VBoss Charging," "Vend Boss," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Partnerships, quotes & pricing

Descriptions, revenue examples, and any figures shown on the Site are for general information and may change without notice. Any quote, revenue estimate, or partnership terms we provide are estimates and are not binding until confirmed by Vend Boss LLC in writing. Actual rental volume and earnings depend on your venue, foot traffic, and other factors, and are not guaranteed.

Dealer accounts & online orders

Dealer accounts are granted at the sole discretion of Vend Boss LLC after a consultation, and may be declined, suspended or closed at any time. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for all activity under your account. Dealer pricing is confidential and provided for your purchasing only; you agree not to publish, share or resell it.

Online orders are offers to purchase and are accepted when we confirm them. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. Shipping is quoted live from the carrier at checkout and shown before you pay; sales tax is added where required. We ship within the United States only; orders over twenty boxes ship by freight and are quoted separately. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Returns, warranty and support are handled under your dealer agreement, or, if none, by contacting us at the number below.

Charge-pack rentals

Rental of a charge pack at a VBoss Charging station is subject to the rental terms, fees, and any deposit or non-return charges presented to you at the station at the time of rental. Those station terms govern the rental transaction itself.

Inquiries & communications

Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a contract or obligation to provide products or services. If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the VBoss, VBoss Charging, and Vend Boss names, logos, text, and graphics, are owned by Vend Boss LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites or partners. We are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of those sites.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vend Boss LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing here limits any warranty that applies to products or services you obtain under a separate written agreement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
