VBoss Charging is a brand operated by Vend Boss LLC ("VBoss Charging," "Vend Boss," "we," "us"). This policy covers vbosscharging.com (the "Site"). It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit our partner or contact form, or call or text us, we collect the details you provide, typically your name, phone number, email, venue or business details, and your message.
• Limited, privacy-first analytics. We use a privacy-focused, cookieless website-analytics service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic such as page views and general device or country information. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other websites.

What we do not do

• We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or social-media trackers on this Site.
• We do not use session-recording or "session replay" tools that capture your mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, or keystrokes.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their own advertising.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss partnership and placement options.
• To deliver, install, and service the charging stations you request.
• To send transactional messages about your request (and, only if you opt in, occasional updates).
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Charge-pack rentals

Payment and rental of charge packs at a VBoss Charging station are handled through the station's payment processor at the point of rental. This Site does not process those rental payments. Any information you provide at a station is handled under the terms presented to you there.

Text messages

If you opt in to receive text messages from VBoss Charging, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

Dealer accounts

If you apply to become a dealer, we create an account for you. We store the name, company, phone number, email address, market description and notes you give us, a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself), your application status, and a record of your agreement to these terms (the time, your IP address and browser type). Signing in sets a single, strictly necessary session cookie so the site knows it is you; it is not used for advertising or tracking. Approved dealers can see dealer pricing and place orders; that pricing is provided to you in confidence.

Orders, payments & shipping

When you place an order, your payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. Your name, shipping address and phone number are shared with Stripe, with our shipping provider (Shippo) to quote and print labels, and with the carrier (UPS, USPS or FedEx) to deliver your order. Account and order emails are delivered through our email provider on our behalf.

Embedded video

Some pages include a video hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; when you do, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect usage data under YouTube's privacy policy.

Sharing

We share your information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, the provider that delivers our contact-form submissions to us, our email provider, Stripe, Shippo and the shipping carriers, and our station payment processor), and only as needed to serve you. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided by contacting us at the number below. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Data retention & security

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and business requirements, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. The Site is served over HTTPS.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
